Windows Login Recovery Ultimate can be used to reset passwords of Windows Administrator accounts using a bootable CD, DVD, or USB drive. It can also create new local or domain Administrator accounts. Passwords of Windows XP, Vista, 7, and 8 could be reset using this tool.
Windows Login Recovery is also available in Standard, Professional, and Enterprise variants with reduced functionality.
